MPI’s Probe Card Division is uniquely positioned as a global supplier and is able to leverage expertise from the Thermal Division via thermal dynamics, the Photonics Automation Division via stringent production test protocol and the Advanced Semiconductor Test Division via their high frequency, high power and low leakage measurement technologies.

The probe card division has peripheral test capabilities with traditional cantilever and advanced fine pitch Gt-X MEMs probe cards, plus array test capabilities with traditional preformed Cobra, advanced Gt-B MEMs manufactured Cobra, and fine pitch Gt-V MEMs shift plate needle technologies.
